Honestly, I just don’t get where all the positive feedback for jjspy is coming from. It’s a total letdown, both in terms of time and cash. I raised my concerns right after it didn’t perform as promised, but they still didn’t follow through on their refund guarantee. Even though I lost some bucks with jjspy, I managed to find the service I needed with spywizpro. Everything has been running smoothly, and I’ve been using it for over three weeks now. I’d suggest checking out Instagram instead.

Awful! They’re pretty much just pocketing your cash without giving you anything back. Some of the features might work, but if they do, it’s super slow, and the location accuracy is laughable.

I noticed that my bank account was charged more than what the invoice showed. I asked for a complete refund and I'm still hanging tight for it.

They're pushing a product that simply DOES NOT function on iCloud devices. Apple has locked it down so you can't disable the 2-factor authentication. This jjspy app won't work unless you can turn that off.

They promised me a 50% refund. Seriously...there are regulations against selling stuff that doesn't work on the devices or systems your site claims it does.

I got xnspy, but it just didn’t function. I’m currently dealing with ticket number 7, and every time they request screenshots, they close the ticket, forcing me to open a new one. Now that 10 days have gone by, they’re denying my refund request. Seriously, don’t throw your cash away; you’ll end up with a program that’s useless, terrible support, and a whole lot of cash wasted.

The customer service here is just awful. They refuse to issue a refund despite misleading claims about what this app can actually do. It keeps showing its limitations, so it’s definitely not stealthy. Plus, it only updates every three to four hours. How on earth are you supposed to monitor anything with such a long delay? They claim it’s the best out there, but trust me, it’s the worst. I’d recommend looking into Hoverwatch instead.

This was not up to par. I expected better quality and service.

The app showed up repeatedly with popups, even after I turned off notifications. When I recorded my screen live, there was an icon visible on the device, and taking a live screenshot made a camera sound. I was pleased that I could find what I needed, but I wasn't fully happy with the experience. Plus, once your subscription is over, you lose access to everything! Not even the screenshots you captured, and they didn’t provide any way to download stuff! If you’re trying to keep this on the down-low, there’s a solid chance you’ll get caught. The cost is way too high for all these significant issues!
